WEATNU Hub Privacy Statement

WEATNU Hub values the artist and user. We will never sell your data to any or all parties.

A cookie may be sent to the user only to:

  • Keep you securely logged in while using the Hub

  • Remember your language or display preferences

  • Ensure the proper functioning of core features, such as posting, messaging, and notifications

Future feature: When you first sign up, we may use Cloudflare to verify that you are human. This is only to prevent spam and abuse; no personal data will be sold or shared.

Your information is stored on a secure, private host and kept in a password-protected database. Access to that database is limited to authorized systems and personnel only.

Analytics & Demographics:
Data that is submitted to WEATNU Hub may be used to help us understand general site usage, user engagement, and community demographics due to the framework set in place. This data shall never be used to defame, discriminate, or infringe upon any user — including by gender, location, or any other identifying factor.

We do not track your activity for ads or share your information with third parties. You create, you connect, you collaborate — your data stays yours.

Account control:
You can delete your account or any content at any time; data will be removed from our systems.

Security:
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfect, but we take privacy and safety seriously.

Google OAuth Data Access & Usage (Required for Google Verification)

WEATNU Hub allows users to log in using Google OAuth. If you choose to sign in with your Google account, the following information may be accessed:

Data Accessed:

  • Your Google account email

  • Your name

  • Your Google profile image

  • Your Google account ID

No additional Google user data is requested or accessed.

How This Data Is Used:
This information is used only to:

  • Create your WEATNU Hub account

  • Authenticate your login

  • Display your profile information within the Hub

We do not use Google data for advertising, analytics, tracking, marketing, or profiling.

Data Storage:

  • Your Google email and Google ID are stored securely in our private database for account identification only.

  • We do not store your Google password.

  • We do not collect or store any Google data beyond what is necessary for login.

Data Sharing:
WEATNU Hub does not sell, rent, or share Google user data with any third party.
Your data remains within the Hub and is used only to provide authentication and account functionality.

Data Deletion:
If you delete your WEATNU Hub account, all Google OAuth–related data stored on our system will be permanently removed.
