WEATNU Hub – Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: [November 11, 2025]
Governing Law: United States
Welcome to WEATNU Hub — a space for artists and fans to connect, share, and collaborate creatively. By creating an account or using WEATNU Hub, you agree to the following:
Age Requirement
WEATNU Hub is intended for users aged 13 and older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement under applicable law.
1. User Conduct
Users should not:
-
Share offensive, abusive, lewd, pornographic, or illegal content.
-
Harass, intimidate, or threaten others, including stalking or repeated unwanted contact.
-
Spam or troll posts, including off-topic content that disrupts community flow. Continual political posts or material unrelated to music or entertainment, posted to harass or disturb, are considered spam. Posts added to the rotation wheel that create discord may be deprioritized or removed.
-
Use WEATNU Hub to scheme, scam, or defraud others — including illegal sales, deceptive music marketing, or pyramid schemes.
-
Post malware, phishing links, malicious websites, or funnel users off-site for deceptive or unwanted solicitation.
-
Impersonate another user or artist, indie or mainstream.
-
Engage in unsolicited coaching, marketing, or promotion of services unrelated to music or entertainment. Such activities are discouraged and may lead to content removal.
- Deploy or utilize bots of any kind — including automated posting, mass profile creation, or spam systems — which may disrupt normal activity or degrade performance.
Any profiles identified as using bots will be removed immediately.
These offenses are strictly prohibited. WEATNU Hub may remove content, deprioritize posts, suspend, or block accounts at its discretion. A friendly warning may be issued in some cases.
2. Community Integrity
WEATNU Hub exists to keep the creative energy flowing.
Offering creative services like mixing, mastering, production, or collaboration is welcome when done respectfully.
Coaching culture, spam-style promotion, or unsolicited marketing that distracts from genuine artistic exchange are discouraged and may lead to content removal.
Keep interactions authentic and music-centered — that’s what keeps the Hub inspiring.
3. Media & Publication
Media and publication activities are welcome to support indie artists.
This includes contacting artists for interviews, blog reviews, online magazines, or YouTube podcasts.
All outreach should be respectful and transparent.
4. Groups & Communities
Groups should exist to benefit the musical and creative environment.
They should encourage collaboration, discussion, and discovery.
Groups created for disruption, self-promotion, political debate, or unrelated agendas are discouraged and may be removed.
5. Intellectual Property
-
Users retain ownership of their original works.
-
By posting, users grant WEATNU Hub a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, or promote content.
6. Liability
-
WEATNU Hub is provided “as is.”
-
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or availability.
-
Users are responsible for the content they share and any consequences.
7. Modifications
WEATNU Hub may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
9. Keeping the Balance
WEATNU Hub nurtures music, creativity, and collaboration.
Please avoid using the Hub to promote intense political views or activism.
We respect your choice to express those views elsewhere.
Thank you for helping keep the community balanced, inspiring, and music-centered.
