I don't have faith in Subvert, in fact I don't have faith in anything online that says it will help artists succeed and find new audiences. What I do believe in is something that gives people the ability to move outside the box they were put in. Large efforts are fine but let downs are always around the corner. I want results, not hope in a box.

FB and Meta casts down everything #WEATNU has done since a few years ago.
1. We lost our weatnurecords IG page a few years ago - it's gone forever.
2. They deleted our Threads weatnu_ page latetly. I don't expect to get it back.
This company is a cancer, we'll be back to Substack and YouTube once more.

It's not going to create a following in the 100s or even the 1000s but real honest organic following, and slow growth as intended, before this we had neither, but we never stopped trying and social media cannot contain our fire. Burn your corp flags, you can't put out musicians.

I have hated the song Wrong way for over 30 years, I hate that song so much, it's the worst song on the radio in the 90's. Sublime shouldn't have ever released it and the radio shouldn't have ever played it. Kurt would have said few things about that band if he had lived on.

Linktree does not provide enough for the artist, a few links was not the answer, but we aren't competing with them, we are surviving without social media. Our artist directory was our last effort to get the artist archived and kept safe from deletion online.
